Refund & Return Policy
If your bikini size doesn't fit, don't worry! You can return the swimming costume and get a refund.
MAKE SURE YOU MEET ALL THE CONDITIONS FOR A REFUND:
⚠️ 1° You have less than 30 days till the day your made your purchase
⚠️ 2° The order must be in exactly the same condition as you received it
⚠️ 3° For your return to be accepted, the order must not have been worn or washed. It must be returned with its bag.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
How do I return my order?
Prepare a package with the order to be returned. Write the following information on a piece of paper:
- Order number
- The name of the buyer
- Your email address
- " RETURN LOVASWIM"
Put it into your return.

Do not fold the bikini.
As a guideline: When your return is ready, go to your post office and send it to us.
Ask for a tracking number: we will not be responsible for lost parcels.
If you are located outside France: for the customs declaration, write " SWIMSUIT - FRENCH GOODS RETURNED TO FRANCE".
Where should I send my return?

Once your return has been received by our logistics company, we will send you an email to notify you by email.
We will then send you another email to let you know if your refund has been accepted.
If the refund conditions have been accepted, the refund will automatically be made to the credit card with which you made the purchase. We will refund the full price of the item EXCEPT delivery costs.
Missing or late repayment
If you still have not received a refund after 10 days after confirmation by email, please check your bank account first to make sure you have not received anything.
Then, if it still does not appear, please contact your bank. Refunds sometimes take a long time to appear on your bank statement.

Only open items can be refunded.
We do not accept exchanges at the moment. Refunds only.
Delivery costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your return package may vary.
Please use a tracking number or purchase delivery insurance. We are not responsible for your return package.
Therefore, we strongly advise against using private delivery companies to return your items to us.
These companies charge us taxes when we receive your returns.
And we don't pay these taxes, which means the item will be automatically returned to you.
We advise you to send your returns via your local post office.
