What is the Shipping (Claims) & Policies?

SHIPPING/PROCESSING:
♡ All domestic orders over $150 will receive free shipping.
♡ Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order - this does not include shipping time. Shipping time applies after your order is processed.
♡ Regular business days do not include holidays.

TRACKING:
♡ An email will be sent once your order is dispatched. If you do not receive the email and it is not in your junk/spam, please email INFO@LOVASWIM.COM

PLEASE NOTE:

♡ If a package is undeliverable due to change of address, incorrect address, or you were not home after the carrier made the attempts, the customer will be 100% responsible for all return or reship costs.
♡ We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your carrier for more info or to file a claim. The customer is 100% responsible for contacting the carrier once the order has been shipped.
♡ Please double check your address before completing your order as we are not responsible for any package that is delivered to an incorrect address. If you entered your address incorrectly, please email us within 30 minutes to change it.
♡ Once your order has been shipped, we have absolutely NO control over any courier delays or transit disruptions. Please only contact the courier for any information regarding your package.

What is the Return Policy?

WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANY REFUNDS AT THIS TIME.

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges are welcome ONLY on full-priced items. Sale items CANNOT be exchanged. We recommend referring to the size guide or emailing in for a size match before ordering to ensure that you get the right fit for you.

Products MUST be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags and sanitary lining in tact or else we will not be able to accept the exchange. Please wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE:

To start the exchange process, please email customer service INFO@LOVASWIM.COM with your full name, order number, and the product/size you wish to exchange for.

Domestic Orders: Exchanges accepted within 15 days of delivery date.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR SUIT:

Please see below for tips on how to care for your suit:

Hand wash your suit in cold water. If using detergent, use a mild detergent if possible.
Never machine wash your suit or put it in the dryer - always air dry.
Lay your suit flat to dry out of direct sunlight. Never wring your suit or iron it.
Avoid contact with oils and lotions as this may discolor or stain your suit. Harsh chemicals can damage your suit.
Avoid rough surfaces coming into contact with your suit.
